How to get Sunshine Conversations Keys

This article explains how to get Sunshine Conversations Keys, if you are using Sunshine Conversations Platform.

Step 1: Log in to Sunshine Conversations Platform at https://app.smooch.io

You will see the screen below.

Step 2: Create new App

If you already have an App, you can skip to step 3.

Click "Create new app" on the green button on the right handside of the screen.

The pop-up screen will ask you to input the name of the app. Then click "Create App"

Your app is ready.

Step 3: Create Sunshine Conversations Key

You will get APP ID, Key properties there. 

Click "Setting" as shown on the screen.

You can get App ID by click "copy" in order to use App ID where else. You have to generate API Key by click "Create new API Key" illustrated in the screen shot below.

Click "Save Changes".

The Key ID and API Secret are shown above. Just copy and use somewhere else.
