How to Setup the Webhook on Sunshine Conversation Platform – DEMETER

This article explains how you setup the webhook on Sunshine Conversaiton Platform.

You need to create App on Sunshine Conversations Platform. If you have not created it, see this article, How to create API Key on Sunshine Conversations Platform.

If you alerady have App, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Access to Webhooks

In Sunshine Conversations admin, click "Integrations" and on the side menu click "App & Webhooks".

Step 2: Start creating Webhooks

On the side menu "App & Webhooks", click "Webhooks".

After that, the screen will show the description of "Webhooks", then select "Connect".

Step 3: Create Webhook

On the screen click "Create a webhook".

You will then see the screen below. And input the data as follows.

Webhook URL, Copy the URL: http://35.247.157.216:8123/webhook/sunshine-conversation and paste it into the Webhook URL endpoint. Choose the options the same as shown in the image below.

Click "Create webhook". All information you need will show on the screen.
